Gite DDS

This superb house is foreseen for 24 persons en  has been designed to meet all the expectations of gite lovers. It is equipped with a modern games room, a cinema room, a wellness area with panoramic sauna, hammam and a large terrace. The ground floor is dedicated to the living room, the dining room and the professional kitchen with a breathtaking view of the observation tower accessible by a secured bridge via the terrace.

You can park several vehicles in the private car park in front of the house. 

​

On the ground floor you will find:

  • a 100% equipped professional kitchen with a cold room

  • a laundry room with washing machine

  • storage for your jackets and shoe lockers in the entrance

  • a large dining room with 24 seats

  • a lounge area with sofas that can comfortably accommodate 15 people

  • bedroom 1: a double bed + 4 beds on the mezzanine, a bathroom with bath, single sink and WC

  • bedroom 2: a double bed + 2 beds on the mezzanine, a bathroom with shower, single sink and WC + television

  • bedroom 3: a double bed + 2 beds on the mezzanine, a bathroom with shower, single sink and WC

  • bedroom 4: a double bed + 2 beds on the mezzanine, a bathroom with shower, single sink and WC

  • bedroom 5: a double bed + 4 beds on the mezzanine, a bathroom with shower, single sink and WC

At +1 you will find the relaxation spaces:

  • the cinema room with projector screen including Netflix, Disney TV, Proximus TV, Sport + channels

  • the games room with billiards, table football, a darts board, an Airhockey table, an Arcadeborn

  • a bar area with fridge and sink

  • a large terrace

  • a wellness area with panoramic sauna including starry ceiling, shower witha hammam, a shower with bucket of coldwater, toilet and direct access to the terrace from the sauna.

Last but not least : the tower built in the garden, accessible by a secured bridge and distributed on two levels ; highly appreciated by the children or the ideal place for enjoying the nature with having a drink.
